📜 Terms of Service (ToS)

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

General

We do NOT tolerate scammers. Including scammers flagged on ScammerAlert (discord.gg/scammeralert).

If we notice you are a scammer, we seek the right to revoke your access to our services.

Discord Real Members (Real Persons)

The number of members you purchase is exactly what you will receive.
If you purchase more than the maximum stock, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Members are warranted until they join the server; after they have joined, no further warranty is provided.

Discord Accounts

By purchasing a Discord account from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Account Ownership & Responsibility

Upon purchase, you receive full access to the account. It is your responsibility to secure and manage it properly.
We are not responsible for any actions taken on the account after delivery.

2. Warranty & Replacements

Lifetime Warranty: If the account becomes inaccessible due to a pullback, we will replace it for free.
The warranty does not cover bans, locks, or suspensions due to user actions, violations of Discord’s terms, or misuse.
Replacements are only given if the account is pulled back or becomes inaccessible through no fault of your own.
Warranty is voided if the account password is changed on webmail

3. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided. All sales are final.
If the account is faulty at the time of delivery or gets pulled back, we will replace it.

4. Account Modifications

You are allowed to change the email, password, and other credentials after purchase.
We are not responsible for issues that arise after modifications are made.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the account for illegal activities, spamming, or violating Discord’s terms of service.
We are not liable for any bans, restrictions, or actions taken by Discord against your account.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We provide the accounts “as is” and are not responsible for any consequences resulting from their use.
Any use of our services is at your own risk.

7. Support & Communication

If you experience issues, contact our support team.
We reserve the right to deny service to users who violate these terms.

ChatGPT TOS

- We only provide a warranty until login. After purchase, you have 3 hours to contact us via Telegram for a replacement.
- These accounts can be used by more users than just you.
- "Monthly" means that we activated a monthly subscription. There can be variations on the durations.

For warranty claim, you must provide a clear screen recording showing the entire Nitro claiming process — including the claim link, the account email address, current Nitro credits, and the Discord revoke email — all in one continuous recording without any cuts or pauses.🛒If you are missing any of these, the refund request will not be considered.

No refund or replacement if the Nitro account gets terminated or if the code glitches.

Do not stack it as credit, or the warranty will be voided.
